Annual GON Truck Buck Shootout sponsored by John Megel

The 22nd (2010-2011) Georgia Outdoor News (GON) Truck Buck Competition is set and John Megel Chevrolet is proud to once again be providing the Grand Prize 2011 Chevy Silverado. This great event challenges the best deer hunters in the State of Georgia to bag the largest Buck. The GON contest is organized by state regions and takes place over a number of months during deer hunting season in 2010 and 2011. There are weekly winners and they have a chance to get into the finals that are held in Macon in August 2011. The culmination of the contest will be an extremely challenging pellet gun shootout between finalists to determine the winner of the Grand Prize Georgia Chevy Silverado from John Megel Chevrolet. John Megel Chevy believes in effective wildlife management through events such as the GON Truck Buck Competition to promote hunting across the State.
