I always experience great customer service at this location. However, we could not resolve my issue with my key fob not working properly. After brining my car home the next day I was experiencing the same issue. I called the dealership and spoke to David the Service Mgr. He advised me to bring the car back and they will check more computer communications within the key fob and vehicle. I was satisfied with this response.

Casey and others were very patient with my questions. They listened to me and my concerns and explained everything. Service was able to identify the reason that the check engine light was on and fix it.
Fast and smooth. I told Rusty what I need and he delivered.. Being a women going out of town on a long trip the last thing i needed to worry about is my car breaking down and me alone. I as him to make sure things were in good working order. That is just what he did.. I feel safe to get on the road by myself now. Thanks to Rusty and the trained technician that did the work. Casey is incredible. Always takes care of me. I know that if something is needed he’ll take care of it. It was possible I needed an alignment. Casey could have totally just taken me for the $200 but he drove it back over the beams and determined it wasn’t needed yet. And that’s why I keep coming back. Thank you!
