Had an appointment at 2:30 for an oil change. It took about ?3 hours before it was finished. Was told they overbooked. Not happy about the time it took.

The service provided was quick and friendly, I had two vehicles that needed oil changes and tire rotations, and both were completed in less than two hours with cabin & air filters replaced.

Dropped off the car and then picked it up

Sales reps were knowledgable, friendly and sincere. They went the extra mile helping us find the perfect Traverse for us. The finance folks were efficient and very organized taking very little of our time. Overall a super experience!

The communication from the dealership was HORRIBLY. I sent an email to my advisor on Monday; I had received no reply by Wednesday. Called in to talk to him, he was off-scheduledr an appointment through another advisor. I asked my service advisor if he had received my email he said he did. Why not reply? I have a 2023 that I've had to replace my transmission at 115,000 miles. All my services have been through a dealer as recommended. Then, to add insult to injury, my drivers side mirror is loose and flops around when you hit a bump.

The only thing that did not go perfectly was they forgot to reset the brake system. i was almost home 30 minutes away when the light came on and it was time for them to be closing

Came in for a regular service. Ask for help with a scratch on car. They told me they couldn’t help with that. And they could not help with brakes sqeeking

First time using John Megal for service on the Tahoe. Dropped vehicle off at 7:30am. Didn't hear from anyone, so I called about 2:30 to check. I am used to the Honda dealership that we've used for the last 5 years. You get a text immediately and you can follow the status of your vehicle. Then a manager calls to see how the service went. Maybe I'm just not used to the way John Megal does things. I think there could be more communication during the process.

The experience was the best I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Tommy came out and offered a test drive on the Colorado LT we were looking at. Friendly interaction, no pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the Colorado and showed us all the features. Purchase agreement was done through email the following morning. That afternoon, I went in and finalized everything and drove my new truck home.

Casey was so pleasant, he walked me through the car, asked questions to understand my needs, he helped me with some parts of the car that I was still learning (how to open the back hatch with the remote - and didn't even laugh at me, lol), the service was done way before I expected - within 35 minutes. It really was a great experience all around!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and was greeted quickly and my car was serviced in good time. This was a big help since I had the grandkids with me. The technicians were friendly and courteous. I recommend getting an oil change or any service here for they are a reputable company. I have been going here for over ten years.
