AFTER REPLACING THE TIRES ( MICHELIN RUN FLATS TO T0Y0) ON MY 2015 Z-51 CORVETTE. I TOOK THE CAR TO MY SELLING DEALER MEGEL CHEVROLET FOR A 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT. AFTER PICKING UP THE CAR FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER (ZACK) I WAS TOLD ALL WAS WELL AND PAID HIM $149 FOR THE ALIGNMENT. ON MY WAY HOME I NOTICED THE CAR WAS PULLING TO THE RIGHT JUST LIKE IT WAS WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. I DID CHANGE TIRE BRANDS FROM MICHELIN RUN FLATS TO THE TOYOS . THE MICHELINS GAVE ME GREAT MILEAGE 27K.AND NEVER PULLED TO THE RIGHT AFTER PURCHASING MY CORVETTE Z-51 BACK IN 2015, I WAS TOLD TO DO A REALIGNMENT AFTER THE SUSPENSION SETTLED DOWN, AND THE CAR DROVE WAS PERFECT WITH NO ALIGHNMENT ISSUES UNTIL THEY FINALLY WORE OUT 2 WEEKS AGO WITH THE TOYO'S WERE INSTALLED. WHEN LOOKING AT THE ORIGINAL MICHELINS, THE REAR TIRES SHOWED ALMOST NO WEAR, BUT THE FRONTS WERE WORN ON THE INSIDE EDGES ON BOTH. AT 27K MILE I DIDNT THINK THAT WAS AN ISSUE AS THE CAR TRACKED STRAIGHT. NO MATTER THE ROAD CURVATURE. I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THE ORIGNAL MICHELINS WITH BOTH WEAR AND ALIGNMENT. NOW I AM READY TO SELL THE CAR AS DRIVING IT AND CONSTANTLY ADJUSTING THE STEERING WHEEL TRACKING DOWN THE ROAD IS VERY ANNOYING. I WISH THERE WAS SOMETHING CAN BE DONE TO FIX THIS ISSUE...BEEN IN LOVE WITH THIS Z-51 FOR 10 YEARS BUT NOW DISGUSTED WITH BOTH THE CAR AND THE SERVICE AND LIE FROM MEGEL THAT THE CAR WAS PERFECT UPON PICKUP. OH, AND BY THE WAY EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE 5 CHEVROLET DEALERSHIPS I DROVE THE 81 MILES FROM BLUE RIDGE GEORGIA TO DAWSONVILLE GA AS I ALWAYS USUALLY GET GOOD SERVICE THERE. The buying experience was a pleasure and went quickly. I very much appreciated how quickly it went. Hopefully the rest of this is read. I am very unsatisfied with the fact that less than a week after I purchased the vehicle I know have to bring it in for service as the infotainment console and overhead console reboot randomly.

Blake Owens is absolutely amazing. I have a show Corvette that I asked him to keep inside and away from other cars/activity as the car has been back and forth with an auto museum and needs to be kept pristine. Not only did Blake accommodate, he was very understanding to work with me to ensure the car was taken care of completely. I greatly appreciate his customer service.

Had an appointment at 2:30 for an oil change. It took about ?3 hours before it was finished. Was told they overbooked. Not happy about the time it took.

The service provided was quick and friendly, I had two vehicles that needed oil changes and tire rotations, and both were completed in less than two hours with cabin & air filters replaced.

As always check in was easy, Ryan was very professional and kept me updated. I took it in @07:00am and was outbound 08:45am

The communication from the dealership was HORRIBLY. I sent an email to my advisor on Monday; I had received no reply by Wednesday. Called in to talk to him, he was off-scheduledr an appointment through another advisor. I asked my service advisor if he had received my email he said he did. Why not reply? I have a 2023 that I've had to replace my transmission at 115,000 miles. All my services have been through a dealer as recommended. Then, to add insult to injury, my drivers side mirror is loose and flops around when you hit a bump.

The experience was the best I have had purchasing a new vehicle. Tommy came out and offered a test drive on the Colorado LT we were looking at. Friendly interaction, no pressure. He was very knowledgeable about the Colorado and showed us all the features. Purchase agreement was done through email the following morning. That afternoon, I went in and finalized everything and drove my new truck home.

Michael was a big help dealing with the warranty and pushing them to release the work.

First time using John Megal for service on the Tahoe. Dropped vehicle off at 7:30am. Didn't hear from anyone, so I called about 2:30 to check. I am used to the Honda dealership that we've used for the last 5 years. You get a text immediately and you can follow the status of your vehicle. Then a manager calls to see how the service went. Maybe I'm just not used to the way John Megal does things. I think there could be more communication during the process.
